The Strategic Consulting Project represents the culmination of the MBA journey. Designed as an integrative, high-impact capstone experience, it challenges participants to apply the full breadth of their learning to a substantial strategic problem.
The project may involve working with a live client organisation, undertaking an in-depth strategic case analysis, or developing a new venture or start-up concept. Whether addressing a real-time business challenge, advising senior stakeholders, or shaping an entrepreneurial opportunity, the project demands rigorous analysis, commercial insight, and board-level recommendations.
 
It is an opportunity to demonstrate strategic judgement, leadership maturity, and the capacity to translate theory into meaningful organisational impact. Join us online to find out more about the Strategic Consulting Project.
