From 8am on Tuesday 28 July we will be observing the UCAS Embargo.  If your enquiry relates to your examination results, we may be unable to answer you until the embargo lifts, at 8am on Thursday 13 August.

Our phone line opening times for Results Day (13 August) will be:

  • 13 August: 8am – 6pm BST (GMT+1)
  • 14 August: 9am – 5pm BST (GMT+1)
  • 17 August - 25 September: 10am – 4pm BST (GMT+1)

During this time, the Ask Us enquiry form will be closed from 5pm on 12 August and will reopen at 9am on 17 August.
